Sandra Agazzi Chimenti, M.Ed., is the author of The Real Me: Awakening Your True Self -- Positive Affirmations for Empowering Your Life. Her book features the "Seven Aspects of Spiritual Awakening," that offer a guide for our life journey. She is also a musician, parent, educator, and spiritual-empowerment presenter, offering unique services that address the health of our body, mind, and spirit. SERVICES Sandra offers private consultations to guide people to move through a challenge to achieve their goals and dreams. She uses a unique approach called the "Awakening Process" from her book, The Real Me. This approach works because it allows you to get to the root cause of an issue, discover the "theme" of the situation or issue, and then move through the challenge to inner peace where your "true" answers begin. This approach works! Sandra offers many free presentations and registered classes to empower and guide people improve their personal and professional relationships, achieving their goals, and create real success in their lives! Everything is energy, including your thoughts, words, and actions. Positive or negative, what you believe is what you will see. Yet, to create happiness, success, and health, you must first process any negative emotions. Through the "Awakening Process," Sandra guides you to become aware of your emotions and identify the pain on a physical level. Through positive affirmations, prayer, meditation, and your spiritual connection, you can consciously transform the emotional cause of an ailment and return to your healthy "real" self. Once you have processed an emotion and chosen to release the pain of an issue, you can welcome a positive affirmation, as it becomes your new statement of truth. For example, you may say, "I am healthy, happy, and at peace. I now honor the 'real' me." 4) Awakening Process Sandra teaches a unique approach from her book called the "Awakening Process" that allows you to feel your current emotions on a physical level and process these feelings to discover the "theme" or message of a situation. By allowing your feelings to move through you, you clear a path to your happiness, opening to a new level of awareness and understanding. As you create inner peace, welcoming positive thoughts becomes easier and more meaningful. (Many self-help programs tend to skip this vital step of feeling what is in the "now" or current moment and this can leave issues buried in the body where dis-ease may develop.) Instead of pretending to be happy, this approach guides you to process any negative thoughts, heal emotional issues, and welcome positive and empowering affirmations. This process is simple to learn and with some practice, you will be able to release the past, stop worrying about the future, and return your energy to this moment. Through forgiveness, letting go, and being at peace with who you are, you have more positive and loving energy, increasing your ability to heal. 5) Parent and "Self-Parent" Education Sandra was the Growing Parents columnist for the Suburban Lifestyles newspaper from 2001-2007. She is an educator with a master's degree in Early Childhood Education. She teaches a unique approach that helps parents and children build their relationship at any age. This approach also helps spouses, co-workers, and anyone build their relationship. The reason her approach works so well is that the most important relationship that is healed is the one with yourself. She shares information on teaching/parenting styles and multiple intelligences. This information is a key component to understanding how each of us is a unique and gifted individual, sharing our talents and strengths with one anther. She is a parent educator/coach, consultant, and empowerment presenter for families, schools, universities, and corporations. Sandra is a parent herself and applies her knowledge on relationship building in her own life with her family. 6) Music Healing As a musician, Sandra composes and performs her original piano and vocal music as part of her healing meditations. She incorporates her music in her spiritual-empowerment presentations because music and its healing vibrations are an important part of one's emotional and physical well being. She teaches you how to discover the best vibrational sounds for your body, using your own voice and/or an instrument. Sandra's music styles include classical, easy-listening, spiritual-empowerment, instrumental, and vocal compositions. In her book, The Real Me, she includes a spiritual meditation that incorporates music notes associated with our main energy centers to assist in one's healing. Music and soothing sounds balance ones' energy vibrations, encouraging the body to heal. Her music CDs are available upon request. 7) Reiki Sandra is certified in Reiki -- a loving and healing energy approach. While she does not offer traditional Reiki treatments, she shares ways to utilize your own hands-on healing energy, positive thoughts, and visualization to enhance your body's own natural healing abilities. She teaches experiential exercises, prayer meditations, and spiritually empowering ceremonies from her book, allowing you to transform negative thoughts and emotions into positive energy that empower you to heal on a deeper level. 8) Self-Esteem Sandra guides you to increase your self-esteem by discovering how your learning-style preferences influence your personal and professional relationships. She was the "Growing Parents" columnist for six years for the Suburban Lifestyles newspaper. Through her classes, she continues to share her peaceful parenting and "self-parenting" perspectives to strengthen relationships, heal families, and raise people's self-esteem. 9) Creativity As human beings, we are happiest when we are creating because this connects us with our creative spiritual nature. Sandra guides you to develop your creativity and express your gifts and talents to maintain a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
